"Walgames Game(s)" encompass any game(s) launched by Walgames, both present and future, including games in the testing phase.

Walgames Game(s) include, but are not limited to, the software of Walgames Game(s) (comprising the entire game software and any associated content, components, elements, or features), any patches, updates, upgrades to the application, related content, documentation, add-ons, supplements, game-related services provided by Walgames, and/or any copies thereof.

Ownership/Intellectual Property

Walgames retains all rights, titles, and interests (including, but not limited to, ownership, intellectual property rights, neighboring rights, and other rights and interests) to all materials posted on the Walgames Services under relevant laws. Your use of the Walgames Services does not confer any right or interest in any aspect or feature thereof upon you, including (if applicable) any in-game rewards, achievements, characters, Virtual Currency, levels, or other content. Additionally, any data related to your use of the Walgames Services, such as character data, game progress, or customizations, may be discontinued at any time without prior notice at Walgames' sole discretion.

All Walgames Services, including trade secrets, database rights, copyrights, patents, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights and interests therein, are copyrighted and protected by applicable laws, including but not limited to copyright laws and international treaties. Specifically, all materials comprising the Walgames Services are safeguarded from unauthorized use.

You agree not to modify, copy, distribute, frame, reproduce, republish, download, scrape, display, post, transmit, or sell any part of the Walgames Services without prior written permission from Walgames. Any use of our copyrighted materials, including derivative works, requires explicit prior written consent. User Content

"User Content" refers to feedback, suggestions, comments, ideas, and/or any other information, including software and code, that you provide to Walgames or our agents regarding the Walgames Services. By submitting User Content, you grant Walgames a global, irrevocable, fully paid, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable, transferable, assignable, and unlimited license to use, disseminate, modify, sublicense, translate, publish, distribute, transmit, publicize, promote, perform, display, create derivative works, sell, offer for sale, and/or otherwise use the User Content for any purpose. You confirm that any User Content you provide does not infringe upon intellectual property rights or other proprietary or personal rights. You also acknowledge that Walgames may remove and permanently delete any User Content from the Service without notice.

Purchases and Refunds

You acknowledge that any payment for the right to access the Service includes Virtual Currency and/or Virtual Good(s), which are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as required by applicable law or as otherwise stated in our policy. Refunds for Virtual Currency are generally not available unless mandated by law. If you have questions about our refund policy, please contact our customer service at the provided email addresses.

Rules of Conduct/Usage

The Walgames Service may offer Communication Channels, such as forums or chat areas, for user interaction. While Walgames is not obligated to monitor these channels, we reserve the right to review and remove any materials at our discretion. Users are expected to comply with usage rules, which include refraining from:

Posting, uploading, or transmitting obscene, indecent, vulgar, or objectionable content.

Defaming, harassing, or threatening others.

Uploading or transmitting files containing viruses or malicious software.

Violating the rights of any party, including intellectual property rights.

Attempting to obtain passwords or other private information.

Misusing support channels or making false reports.
